Now the wait for travel

We are now waiting to find out when we travel to China to get Grace. In the meantime, I have 2 lovely showers planned for me, one at work on the 19th and one from my family on the 13th.
It's a blessing to have such an awesome family and friends!

Here is our little ladybug:

We are naming her Grace Claire, but her Chinese name is: Chuan Ou Fuzhou
She was born April 30, 2007 and found abandoned on 6/26/07.
She is 30.3 inches tall & weighs 20 lbs. She has 16 teeth and walks alone steadily.
The orphanage describes her as active & restless. We have our work cut out for us.
Her medical report is that she is healthy with no issues.
Travel time is approximately 5-8 weeks from now.
We are on Cloud 9

Greetings all, the day we have been waiting for.....we "should" get the big call tomorrow......You wil ALL hear me screaming!!!!!!

No Mother's Day for me. We STILL do not have a referral! It's been a bad week!!!!

my first blog

I have started this blog so family and friends can follow our journey to Grace Claire. We have been on this journey over 3 years....and would now like to share it. We are hoping and praying to get a referral this week!!!!!
