my first blog

I have started this blog so family and friends can follow our journey to Grace Claire. We have been on this journey over 3 years....and would now like to share it. We are hoping and praying to get a referral this week!!!!!

    I am so excited for you guys! Gracie will be a lucky little girl to have you & Dix as parents! You guys will do fine, you have a lot to look forward to! Also know that Michael & I are always here for you guys, if you ever need anything. You have had some set backs & disappointments during all this waiting, but it will be more than worth it, believe me. She will bring so much joy to your lives & you will have so much fun teaching & showing her new things. I wish you the very best in your journey, enjoy every single moment & take everything in, but most of all,enjoy being her mommy & daddy, you both deserve this so much!

    Thanks Carol. I needed that...
    To all - we just found out now that due to the Swine Flu, there may not be any referrals for awhile ......I am disappointed to say the least...but some special little girl is over there wating for us.
